LAA's basketball season runs from November through February.  Registration closed on October 24.

Each sesaon, depending on the number of players registered at each grade level, teams may be single grade-level OR teams may be combined groups of 2 grades. Teams are assigned by the Activities Office.  Volunteer coaches schedule a weekly practice, and games are played on Friday evenings and Saturdays.

Games are held in the Tile Gym at Truman (kindergarten girls and boys, 1st grade boys, 2nd grade boys), the Wood Gym at Truman (3rd grade boys, 5th-6th grade girls, 5th-6th grade boys, 7th-8th grade boys) and in the new gym at Sappington (1st-2nd grade girls, 3rd-4th grade girls, 3rd grade boys).
